Self-defense forces carry the flag

Nativeborn young men from local Pridnestrovie towns and villages have joined together in the nation's self-defense forces, ready to protect the land where they were born. Every year on independence day, they carry their country's flag and show the world that they are prepared to defend their community from outside agression. The backbone of Pridnestrovie's defense is a public spirited coming-together of volunteers who, with great love for the young country's achivemenets, are committed to maintaining the peace and never forgetting the many victims of neighboring Moldova's failed 1992 invasion attempt.
